The track starts at the train stop in Turnov, leading through the village of Kalužník to Kacanovy. Follow the blue track along a narrow road passing the villages of Olešnice, Mlýnice and Skokovy you will reach the village of Žehrov. You will pass through Příhrazy and below the northern slopes of the Mužský peak to Olšina. You can see the rocky town of Drábské světničky, pass Zásadka and turn to a forest path before the village of Boseň. There you have a possibility to make a detour to the castle of Valečov. The track continues to the village of Srbsko passing Nová Ves and Komárovský pond along a forest path. You will ride along roads through woods until you reach the castle of Kost. The track goes steeply up through the village of Podkost. Turn left by the remains of the linden tree "Semtínská lípa", follow the direction Libošovice and along a local road you will get to Pleskoty and later through a valley of Žehrovka to the pond of Věžický. You will ride along its northern edge, through Želejov to the village of Troskovice where you can visit the castle of Trosky, the dominant of the Bohemian Paradise. The track goes down until it reaches the river of Libuňka. You will follow the flow of the river, pass along the Rokytnický pond and reach the village of Doubravice. You will turn right below the castle of Hrubá Skála and ride through a beautiful rocky area. The track goes down to the spa town of Lázně Sedmihorky and back to Turnov. You can see the Hruboskalské rocky town and the castle of Valdštejn on your left. This rocky area is a popular climbing terrain.
