You will start from the main square in Turnov, pass the railway station and follow the flow of Jizera river until you get to the bridge by Přepeře. Further you will continue comfortably through the village of Mokrý to Všeň but the track starts to rise abruptly there. The rising finishes at the end of Pohoří and very soon you have to break while going down to Kacanovy. From there the track goes up again through Mladostov to the village of Vyskeř. If you think it is not tiring enough yet, you can add climbing up the hill of Vyskeř. Next part of the track will be pleasant going down slowly to Lažany, then through the gate "Pekařova brána" decline to the valley of Žehrovka. Turn left Just before you reach the river. Now you join the blue-marked cycling trail; from the crossroad "U Přibyla" you will follow only that one. You can enjoy the ride through the romantic valley of Věžický pond and then you will turn to the white cycling trail. You can expect a long ascent through a forest to Hrubá Skála. Here you leave the white cycling trail to follow the red one until you reach Turnov. It is certainly worth to get off the bike and reach one of the view-points behind the hunters cottage Bukovina. You will be offered views of Hruboskalské Rocky Town. You can as well make a trip to Kopicův farmstead or visit the castle of Valdštejn. Now it is only the last couple of kilometers to Turnov and above all it is just to go down a hill.
